this may seem like a silly question but is there a way of disabling the cheat detection on ur own server??
reason??.. well ive been working on a private server project for myself and a few close chums, and ive been adding/unlocking ships…
csv, AT, transport, large transport, repair ship, lifter, anubis and juni’s defender all work great. But im also wanting to use the mining ship and all the capitals. ive created all in the shiparch.ini and engines/powerplants where needed (i think).
flhook detects a cheat if it is activated but when its not activated the server still insists i shouldnt be flying these ships and boots me out and reports a “ship related cheat”
any help with this would be great

Always worth checking engine volumes too. The vanilla engines on the larger ships have a volume of about 400, which tends to exceed the ship capacity (cargo space) and boots you off when you try and launch and go back to the menu etc. I had that issue myself. As a re-install works though, I guess it wasn’t that

Few things to say:
- Make sure you have the latest version of flhook plugin (1.6.0), and erase the anticheat plugin.
- Once the following project is finnished, you can include it in your one if you like (giving credit of course ;)) = http://the-starport.net/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=1312.0
- Same as #2 only for the transport ships = http://the-starport.net/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=1313.0

In my 1st post i was having problems with them but they are sorted out now (thanks again everyone).@ alexcomboy : yeah i was using the newest flhook without the anti-cheat plugin.

Sry guys for picking up this Thread but my headache is incredible
Im working on a similar project and now i configured every file correct (in my eyes^^)
and the only error i get over and over since up to 2 days is: Ship RelatedKhayman can ya pls say where ya error was??

Something ppl always forgets to check is the packages for the ships! Make sure that you don’t have the infinite_power included as this one will cause trouble… If you need infinite power on your capships make a copy of the original one and call it something like capship_infinite_power
I know this has solved issues for alot of ppl…
