NPC frighters armor scale

Hello to outstanding community which revealed most things that I needed to play with.
This one I cant figure out:Trains, Transports and all other freighters
1. What define the strength of this ships?
Rising the hit_pts in shiparch.ini only affects the hull bar on them with their destruction after only 2 standard (full load) shots!Any advise?

The NPC fighters have armor in their loadouts, which is what you might want. For example, the top three fighters are in different ships with different hulls, but they also have different armor to make them all effectively about 24000. You can find the ships and loadouts used in MISSIONS\npcships.ini, the various armors in EQUIPMENT\select_equip.ini and the loadouts in SHIPS\loadout*.ini (which one depends on the ship).

Just one thing. On server side only works with small glitch (see pic)
Puting it on client side aswell its correct size - so solution is there.
Can I solve this easy or to leave it as it is?
