Server Side Modding [No Client Update]

I thought it would be useful for people to know what they can edit server side without the need of a client update, this is meant to help people who are getting into modding Freelancer any input would be good and ill update first post to include submission

[EXE\mpnewcharacter.ini]

/- money = %MONEY% -Replace %money% with figure ie 500
/- system = LI01 -Player start system
/- base = LI01_01_Base -Player start base
/- house = 0.91, li_n_grp -All lines below are groups change the figure to 1.0 for happy -1.0 very unhappy 0.0 neutral {you get the picture}

Will add more as i get time + feel free to add below and ill update list (I know this is basic stuff to alot of you but to some its not any help would be great)

Cruise speed works? I thought this setting works only at client.
