Server side modifications

problably next year i will be working on a server side mod for freelancer. i know alot of stuff already like player starting points, money, and which ship to give, certain spawns nomad order, sheild regen,
heres some questions are battleships server side?
also there was a link back in the day way back i dont know if it was here or not about all you can do server side. cause i know there is alot like opening gates, changeing starting reps. i experimented with some already. but i am not going to start until i build my xp computer. -
correcture: you can spawn ANY NPC serverside. i donโt get TC MPonly modders, who make a client version to prevent being hosted on multiple servers and input there all the AI stuff or SUR files. their clients just consume more hard disc space without any need of it.

I have discovered that any missile turret can fire by different ammo type - server side
So you can fire from Battlsehip from Battleship Missile Turret by Sidewinder Missile Launcher Ammo
Solars can do the same
And you/solar will need this ammo ofcourse )))

yeah thanks i wanted to make just a server side mod. but i made a different mod plasyers would have to have the client side. but i have errors with npcs using nanos and batteries thay are not supposed to they try to use them when they are gone and that makes the server crash. i am going to build another computer that will host the mod the only thing is getting the cash together.

yeah i got a mod going right now . im working around jfilp using that for an sdk so far i have ships that regen shields. nomad and q men, kress men, and lets not forget fugitive encounters in the unknown. i am using the hd textures from radiant thats very nice work he did. i might work on some navy and nomad encounters in alaska and maybe some encounters in thouku we will see what happens. i would love to build another computer to run this on all i need is a motherboard a case and ram. i have everything else.
