The time for a new Freelancer Mod has arisen. It is called Shattered Worlds– A mod developed by a vast team of modders from a variety of different mods, including Discovery RPG, Forstworks, and the late Asgard RPG.

This new mod, which is soon to be released, has completely rebalanced the entire Freelancer universe, and has even re-imagined the look and feel of the Sirius sector. Upon undocking from Manhattan you will say “Wow!” Unlike alot of other mods out there, the SWA (Shattered Worlds Admins) feel that rules, while are necessary to some extent, mostly serve to limit fun, and restrict role play on those servers that do engage in role play. As a result, the SWA has drawn up some simple common sense rules which to the average player seem "Really? That is it? Well I already do that anyway, its just common sense!’

Additionally, in alot of other mods, it is a big bad “no no” to question the admins upon fear of being banned and ridiculed. Well here at Shattered Worlds we are proud to say that while yes, the Admins and Server Police do have the final say, and the authority, neither group is going to have a “power trip” that I’m sure most players have had an encounter with one way or another. It is ok to ask questions, and to offer opinions. We value our patrons and therefore do not wish to leave a bad taste in their mouth and effectively limiting ourselves to a population of players that is already dwindling.
