My solution - attach shieldgen with constant power draw to your collision group. Power effect of this shieldgen will be deactivated after loosing of collision group.
Main problem for me - it’s working for ship at once. You need to buy shieldgen again after repair of collision group.
I did this trick in my survival mission. At the start of mission you have limited power. After N seconds you’ll got full power of your ship.
@NightWinder21 check your screen resolution. Glitches happens when subtitles plugin tries to render something outside the screen

This is single player? Did you beat some missions in bar before? FL have strange “feature” - you can’t get mission when you never beat one of them before.

What is ini file? You can split ini-files by freelancer.ini - for example, multiple effects ini, equipment equip and good ini, etc
Restrictions: universe.ini and ini-files from MISSIONS is hardcoded and can’t be splitted

possible ways:
1. Video conference with shared screen (may be Skotty can, my English is very bad, at voice - yet more).
2. If you don’t want make your mod public - continue talk in private conversation. That’ll remove all issues with privacy. No one from devs here wants to share your mod or use without your permissions.

Every Osiris in SP is the unique base. Different Osiris for different locations.
Black screen appears only after bugs with bases. So, you did mistake somewhere. Can you show your changes? Changed files, definition of [Object] for your Osiris, etc.
Straaange. What size of your system? Freelancer have only one parameter for this things - space_farclip in [SystemInfo]. Default value - 20000. Try to increase.
Black Screen… that’s because your Osiris haven’t configured Base for dock.

Show options of your [Ship] from shiparch.ini. And upload cmp, mat and sur files. I want to look on it.
I recommend you split this model, because FL can’t run single object with this count of polygons.
I don’t really remember list of priorities. I just got same problem with nebulas long time ago 
Just tested now - position of [Asteroids] doesn’t affect any changes inside nebula. Asteroids have more problems with zones. For example, don’t use asteroid zones larger than outer nebula. That cause problems with Ambient light (outer asteroids can keep ambient light of nebula). This can be avoid by two asteroid zones with exclusions.
EncounterParameters can be used in any place. Zones with encounters can be defined before [EcounterParameters].
I think just better to define [Nebula], [Asteroids] and [EncounterParameters] at the top side of system. Priority? Just keep position of [Nebula] before [Asteroids].
[Nebula] entry must be activated BEFORE objects in system.
Your model haven’t Switch2 nodes.
Solutions (use only ONE of this two)
1. Just move VMeshPart nodes to *.3db and remove MultiLevel altogether. That will remove all problems with lods on this models forever. You can find example in my attached image
2. Copy Switch2 parameter from other models. You can find it in root of MultiLevel node in most of cmp models in FL.
That happened, because THN-scenes (base interiors) uses other way to get lod ranges for your model. In solution 1 your will not use lods anymore. In solution 2 you’ll fixed problem with missing settings.
