I think they represent percentage values how high the chance is to change the state.

Most of them actually influence non-combat behaviour only. Once they are in combat, the pilots/AI is mainly overwritten. So basically changing the stategraph doesn’t change that much to your situatuon.

I was looking for a way to make a screen resolution of 1280x1024 and jflp.dll do it.
I did not know that it requires hudshift.
hudshift solved the problem with a comm window, though I did not understand how.

One problem with JFLP.DLL. I want to screen resolution 1280х1024 and i use jflp for this, ok it work, but one bad bug added - fullscreen comm window and it problem.

Two question:
WTF ? and how to fix it?

How made comm window is normal with screen resolution 1280x1024 ?
