I got sort of same issue and this Microsoft’s explanation to deactivate TCP/IPv6: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/change-tcp-ip-settings works fine.
But after getting Freelancer server running and creating a new character, I can’t get out of Planet Manhattan as the server colapses :?

Any help?
