Thanks to everyone for the help, but I"m afraid nothing worked. Then I tried loading a server with my network cable unplugged from the router, plugged it back in, and now everyone can see it and access it… Is that retarded or what?? Anyway, the problem is obviously my belkin and I will fix that as soon as I get paid again… thanks again everyone!!

I can’t find the port forwarding on my belkin router… but I have turned off all firewalls and deleted all virus protections… I have also given up on running it on the win 7 machine and am just trying on my XP machine… I jsut want to be able to see the server on the same computer.

SO, here is the full story. I have tried many different things to get this to work and nothing has worked.
I have three computers LAN’ed together on one network through a Belkin router. One is running Windows 7 the others are running XP.
I have tried everything you can find on every forum I could read and still have the same problem: I can not see my local server (hosted on my computer) on any of the three computers. as a final try I deleted everything from my computer (freelancer, flmm, and all files) and then loaded the basic freelancer game only back on the machine… I still can’t see my server on the same computer as the game… help?
One more note, i reinstalled the Global Server Workaround and tried it again… same thing, no LAN server… but a LOT of WAN’s… please help a very frustrated man…
