The run thingy of Vista always run things in Admin mode
atleast it says it does

regsvr32 \windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX
that maybe?
did that

When extracting it and running I get the error:

Component ‘comdlg32.ocx’ or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file missing or invalid

I also received this error with Ioncross Server operator Mk V.I

Running on vista if that helps
