is there an alternative program to use instead of dircetx 11

iv got my catalyst control center up and freelancer is set to high performance its still not working. am i missing something?

so is this a no fix one, that would be a shame

tryed but it just stops as if it shut down freelancer

hi just bought freelancer and am trying to get it to play on my laptop, the error massage came up and iv checked some forms to see if i can get it to work uninstalling it and updateing, patches but nothing seems to have worked so far.
