Well I’m back kind of, you’ll see me more in the coming weeks as I get back into uberlancer. Suffered a bit of a setback though, as I’ve basically lost every file I had.

I was doing a semi-regular wipe of my hdd, had everything stored on an external usb drive, which decided to suddenly and without warning stop working.

So everything I had mod related went bye bye all in one go

Now I have to start again!

There was quite a lot of stuff there too, the Uberlancer Beta work which was running from an updated SDK (which I painstakingly debugged all of the remaining nickname errors since 1.3) and included protection against mod scanning programs like datastorm, flcompanion etc.

Nothing I can’t do again I suppose, it’s just one hell of a bummer!
