This topic will be used to point out download submissions that were refused for not properly working, being unrelated or being incomplete. The author/sender of the download submission is free to reupload it with the changes done.

Reason: insufficient details as to what the purpose and/or subject of the file was. A better name and proper description would make the file valid for submitting again.
