Well… turned it off now.

We will restore the groups.

We took the jump by going online with this site. Most content has been migrated but some things we will have to review more.

We just thought certain groups would be better off getting rebuilt from scratch than porting them over. People come and go all the time and it’ll help clean them up.

Maybe another background like the bg.gif stars on our portal, guess that would also bring some contrast to the menu on left.
And no offense to the author but the new logo is not rly my style.

I have to disagree with many of your critiques, Mind. I love the black background. Having a similar star background looks a little cheesy, to me. As for the logo, I think it’s phenomenal. It’s very FL mod orientated, very mod-esque. But, I have to agree with you on one point; the new Wiki is going to be great, hopefully, the community uses it.

I think this is coming down to personal tastes. And, while this site might not be everyones “ideal”, you’re going to have to live with it, me thinks.

Granted, FF was asking for your opinion, so I don’t mean for this to come off as a flame post for yourself.

I’m sorry but I won’t add any sort of background, especially not little stars, because I think that defeats the whole purpose of having a clean and streamlined style. I prefer the BBC’s site to Geocities, if you will.

The link color is pretty highlighted right now. I don’t see what I could do to make it more apparent; putting it in orange would be overkill.

I agree with Sushi for the most part - I get a few errors and what not but I guess that’s down to me using Google Chrome - things like black space appearing where it shouldn’t (it kind of separates the main post and the signature in a weird way, some posts it does it, others it does not)

I love the Wiki! That will be the most useful resource in the FL Universe - I pray it gets used and not abused…

I’ve just clicked on edit and after the loading site it comes to the error page.

As for the logo i did not mean its bad its just not something i would do (when i look at the NU logo it should shutup)
If u look at the NU page u will see lot of little details, for example it took me 2-3 hours to get the portal menu buttons all right togheter.

And did not mean to change the inactiv link color to pink or orange or so just a deeper grey or something like that, so its easier for the eye to identify the links.

It just like my motto details details details little unneeded candy can be very sweet
