Is any one discoverd how to remove or move country name on navmap?

As the title. i can remember some guys talked this after few years, but i can not found the thread.
That may useful for some guy want to creat a sector from zero.

Changing them is fairly straight forward they are in NameResources.dll

Open with FLEd-Dids or ResHacker and change the following ids_name locations
1249 - Liberty
1250 - Bretonia
1251 - Kusari
1252 - Rheinland

Position changing is a bit more involved (never tried it) but I think it is covered here
