HpFire Number Limit

I’ve read somewhere (if I knew where I wouldn’t be asking the following question lol) that there is a limit on the number of HpFire points a weapon model can support. For some reason or another I’m wanting to say the maximum is 12, but I’d like to confirm this before proceeding.
Just to preface a bit, I’m aware of the sound bug with multiple HpFire points and that sounds attached to projectiles will loop if the effect persists longer than the length of the sound effect.

Yeah, found out from Devast8or that the limit is 7 per weapon.
This means I may have to get a bit creative with how I try to handle weapon sounds (I’m going to try re-defining effects as different types which handle sounds better)
