New player package:
5 million credits.
Neutral reputation.
Full Nav map.

Enconomy:
Dynamic economy running to keep traders busy.

NPC:
Adjusted some of the fomations the npc use.
Added new piloting skills to some npc pilots.

Server missions:
The server has the bountyhunt feature.
Special missions given to players by the admins. (these are kept top secret)

Clans:
Special starting packs for clans with 3 or more members.
Systems are for sale to clans.

Server events:
Various events are held, Such as pvp showdowns, Racers, freelancer related trivia, capture the flag and much more!

For those still reading:
The server has many more features than listed above… we dont want to spoil all the fun.
Everyone is welcome to join, as long as they keep within our rules reguarding cheating and abusive/racist lanuage.

[SERVER UPDATE] - Unfortunately the server is offline untill 12th of November 2010 due to some final adjustments.

PvP is fun till it becomes nothing but people ganking eachother.
RP is fun till it becomes where people which no piloting skills hiding behind rules and RP regulation.

You can have your cake and eat it too. The old timers will remember the Excelcia server which is a prime example of this.

Well, there are servers out there with “equal” aspects of PvP and RP…
One example would be the Tekagi’s Treasure server, the ships there are extremely nimble and powerful to make them good for PvP, but there still exists a certain RP atmosphere.

And this is just what the players are trying to do. In the new mod coming soon, everything is going to be based on RP and “characters”, instead of “players”, yet still retaining the awesome PvP we enjoy in the old mod.

if players dont like players killing eachother, then they can keep their opinions to themselves and look for servers that players cant hurt eachother!!

A.K Freelancer isnt just based on pvp in our opinion… if anything its based on giving freelancers and/or clans lots of options.
