Flhook web stats HELP

Hi. Does any one know how to get server stats / server load on webpage like http://www.freelancerserver.de ?

The Underverse uses Ioncross to show the players online/Rank/System and what ship they are in, but if your are referring to:

Players Online
Server Response Time
Server CPU usage

That can be done by FLAC.

The problem is i am all ready using FLHook. Is there a plugin or some thing that i could add to FLHook ? As i am running Discovery Mod.
