Sound Effects Priority settings?

does anyone know how I can set the priority of sound effects over others?

so if there are lots of sounds in the area it plays the highest priority ones before any of the others?

or maybe a way to increase the total number of sounds able to play?

Maybe to try from other side? Low attenuation to your “high priority” sound?
