Messaging Plugin v0.5

The messaging plugin has been updated with the following features:

echo user commands (anything starting with /) back to the sender
hide user commands from all other players except the sender
/privatemsg: send a private message by id or name; the message is save to a mailbox if the player is offline
/mail: a command to check and view your mailbox
in-game banner support: both greeting banners, standard and special banners (similar to the CheatersDeath feature)
automatically include ship location in preset messages

The messaging plugin also offers:

preset messages to system, local system, group, current target chat
message to last PM sender using fast reply
message to current/last target
message to all players with faction tag
group invite all players with faction tag
automatic date-time display for each chat message
custom user help command (can override 1.6.0 help)
command help reporting for built in commands (/local, /group, /system, etc)
/time command

does it notify you when you have new messages?
and is this pm thing reachable via console/socket?

It notifies you when you get new messages or when you log in and have new messages.

Unfortunately it doesn’t have a admin pm command - so you can send the pm from the console. I intend to add this but haven’t done it yet. Will do sometime soon.
