Locked_gate code for Li06_to_Li01_jump hole

I want to use "locked_gate = " to lock the Connecticut jump hole to New York (Connecticut side).
Can someone tell me how to find the proper code for that hole?
I can’t find reference to the rather lengthy ID that is used to reference the jump holes and gates in Sirius.

Don’t forget, once you have created a new char, it is stored in the player file. You will need to edit it out of the file or create a new char.
