Plugin Request: Cargo Extending

You read right! I need a plugin of cargo extending!
Some told me its impossible, but in a thread I started I saw there is a possibility to do that.
I don’t want to disturb Adoxa, so just that you know, its not that urgent.
Adoxa told me its hard to make the cargo go out when the cargo pod is destroyed, so I thought of an option to make the pods non-destructable. But if you can make the cargo go out, it would be nice!
So if you have the time to do it, please help me, I really need it for my mod.
