“CAN YOU READ?!” is an insult in English.

Try “Please read my post again” next time. Otherwise help will not come to you so easily.

And words written in capital letters are SHOUTING!

DON’T SHOUT at people unless you INTEND IT!!

Remember also that, like you, not everyone is a native English speaker, so maybe your words translated from your language into English do not translate the same for a Greek or a Spanish speaker sometimes.

And - you must first show that you are willing to do some work for yourself. If not then people will get tired of helping you for that reason too. We found many things ourselves, we had lots of failures, but kept trying and trying and trying until we found out some of the changes that worked.
