Changing Levels?

to do it, edit “Restart.fl” located at the saves directory of the game. Change the "rank = " entry under the “[Player]” headline.
If youre too lazy for that, theres a mod made by IGx89 called “Fresh Start” that does it. It comes with FLMM1.4. If you don’t have it, I can upload it.

If you’re not going to use FLMM, you can find the save directory at (XP): My Documents\My Games\Freelancer\Accts\SinglePlayer. The files are encrypted, so you will need something like FlCodec (command line tool) to decrypt them; re-encrypting them is not necessary, but they must still be .fl.
