Infocard text style and color edits

I’m sorry if this has already been asked, i have done searches without much help.
How can i edit the style and color of the text in bribes , rumors?
I edited one of the rumors in the misctext.dll.

this one show’s as normal:
<rdl><push><text>WELCOME TO THE ASTRODOME! - After the collapse of the Sirius Sector wormhole many thought we were doomed! As it turns out The Astrodome is full of suprise’s, we could be better off here… given time.</text><para></para></push></rdl>

this one has no change:

I’m trying to get this:

Or even new styles and/or colors.
