Some Hooks If You Can :)

Could someone produce or release a few hooks i have seen on other servers that could be extreamly useful to me

I have see on the Disco server they have some admin hooks
.Chase - You jump to the player in what ever system they are in
.Pull - You drag the player to you from what ever system they are in
Since hosting a Disco server as well as the DS9 server i have kinda become acustom to these commands and feel i can not live without them! sad yes i know but they make life so much easier, Could these be released or made up into something i can use?

/afk - Could someone make a away from keyboard command something else i would find entirely useful so if someone types /afk <message>then if someone talks to the player it would pop up saying sorry players is away from keyboard

If someone could help me out with these i would be really really really really <–- begging again, grateful.</message>

i have tried this with no luck any other ideas
