The Humble THQ Bundle
-
Looks like they’re offering a collection of games starting from 1$ to as much as you wanna pay. You can choose if the funds go to THQ or charity.
Games list:
- Company of Heroes (and its two expansions)
- Darksiders
- Metro 2033
- Red Faction: Armageddon
and if you pay more than 6$ (or so) you also get Saints Row: The Third
-
I’m really disappointed in Humble Bundle over this:
-
EFF is not on the charity list
-
Windows-only
-
Steam-only
-
DRM
-
People in Germany have been have apparently been unable (cough cough) to use their HTHQB SR3 keys because the keys aren’t for the German censored version (so are not allowed to work there)

I’m really happy that the Humble Bundle is doing this. THQ is in deep shit. They make really good games. Having this kind of public opinion boost (and fresh income) is extremely important for them at this point and I applaud Wolfire for doing the right thing, even if it doesn’t fit the label that’s been attached to the whole thing until then.
Plus, it’s crazy value for money.
