Infocard Plaintext Dump?

Hey there, i’ve been looking for a way to take InfoCards.dll and find a way to dump the entire contents for further parsing in plaintext.

Would something like this be possible? I’m aware of things such as FlDev which allow you to edit a single line at the time, however i’m looking for every single one splayed out in a text file. This will not need to be put back together mind you.

Is this possible?

adoxa’s FRC (Freelancer Resource Compiler) is what exports into text file where u edit and recompile back into .dll

U may also check Res2RC Extract string and HTML resources from the DLLs.
