[Latest] 24/7 Procyon Dedicated

Hosted on a fiberoptic internet connection, Procyon is a vanilla Freelancer server that boasts what we’re frequently told is the smoothest player vs. player combat and general gameplay possible for Freelancer players located in North America.
Procyon offers an overall Freelancer experience that is one hundred percent vanilla. Our server boasts enhanced functionality provided by both a specialized version of FLHook and software that has been custom-tailored to the server; in addition to a website that features dynamic pages that allow the server’s clans their own space on the site.
In addition to enhanced server-side functionality, Procyon will soon feature an optional client-side component which will act as an extension to our server-side FLHook implementation, allowing us to further enhance the overall Freelancer experience without resorting to mods. Work on the initial version of this software is nearing completion, and will be available soon.
We look forward to having you with us.

This is Captain John Conner of WRAITH Squadron, an ally of The Alliance in the fight to preserve freedom and commerce from the depredations of the Zombies, Tokers, IMMORTALS, and other foes.
We are training up our forces for the coming war for our home system of Omicron Gamma, a former Toker system which we liberated from their skilled veteran pilots (who often literally ‘smoked’ the competition), despite the Tokers’ allied help from the Zombies (who merely fed on their victims’ brainzzz).
On Procyon, clans can own systems that in turn pay out twice-monthly in cash to support your clan. Valuable real estate, though, that is already owned can only be gotten by either convincing the owner clan to sell to you, or by defeating the owner clan in a best-of-5 rounds System Battle with no batteries or nanobots, last surviving pilot/clan wins.
This is more than just dueling, but combat with a purpose. Tactics at ship, clan and fleet level combined with overall strategy, for a battle which means something at the end.
There is no Freelancer experience quite like it. Come give Procyon a visit, and see for yourself.
And come armed for trouble.
