Can I set up a server using windows 10?

I have a windows 10 system and would like to set up the newest Discovery Mod which is 4.88.1 and run a server. Anyone know which server program to use and how to set it up? Thanks

I’m looking at moving my server over to a computer I just bought running win 8.1. I see stuff on inet about playing but not about server. Is there anything specific that those of us using 8.1/10 need to watch for?
