Is it too coincidental that Trent et'al saved Jacobi right before Niemann tries to "open her mind"?

Think about it:
If the campaign missions were happened in real life, it would take days if not weeks for the events to progress. A lot of days means a lots of opportunities. It could happen as soon as during the Curacao summit (via a proxy), or maybe even earlier given how many oddities has already happened in Liberty before that.
So, why Niemann must do it on that particular day and minute? Pure coincident?
We already knew for a fact that the Rheinlanders has a pretty good tracking on Trent’s operations as evidenced by countless close calls Mr. Trent has experienced. Thus it is not really that far fetched to think maybe Niemann already saw the inevitable and planned ahead.
Add to that, the only evidence we received on Jacobi’s “intactness” is her own words. That’s not really strong since Tekagi can still speak and act just fine after his Nomandlization. Why should we just blindly trust her?
Oh BTW, we met Juni, a LSF officer, by just simply entering the bar, and there she was talking to a client. That bar is the only social place on Manhattan as far as we know. It is logical to project that Juni should still visit the bar from time to time for business of all kinds after the campaign ended. However, that did not happen, in fact, we can’t meet all officers who’s involved in the plot ever again after Mission 13. Juni, King, Walker and Orillion, they are all gone… Because they’re just suddenly too busy to enjoy the bar? Or, because something else has happened?
Just funny a thought.

Update:
So, @Jos_Naabal and @Cellulanus in Discord has raised a point that The Order might have scanned Jacobi on Osiris after the rescue, which is possible.
However, since Osiris is a stolen experimental vessel, it is also possible that the ship is not equipped with systems that allows it to perform health care service. Get cloaking to work is already hard enough and may consume a lot of space and power (claimed in rumours), a hospitals maybe just too extra to install for the experiment.
