Hi, Im currently playing the Discovery 4.84 on my own little LAN server, and i was wondering. Is there anyway to bipass it only letting you have 5 Characters per account? Id really like to have more. Any help would be appreciated.

So ive been inspired enough to pick up work again on my Andromeda mod. And one of the biggest complaints i always got was the errors the Freelancer Explorer made in its .DLLs. I would like to no if there are programs that will help you code the strings. And if not, can somebody give me a turital on how to do string code for the .DLL,

Also, a link to an empty .DLL would be helpfull.

Im doing more work on my Andromeda. My next question would be, the standard limit for speed is 90. Andromeda in show could do 140 PSL. I would like to at least give my Andromeda 125. How do i do it??

Thanks guys. As for the Hp Mount. I just re-worked Andromedas harpoints, and if any of you now andromeda, i put the HP Mount at the very front of the ship on the main body.

You need to go into the Common Wealth systems and go to Sol. Theres a shipyard in orbit of Earth, Newport News Orbital Shipyard. Theres the only place you can get Andromeda and its Weapons.

Hey. Ive been useing my model of the Andromeda Ascendent in Freelancer, and its to big to fit through the jump gates. Is their anyway to Resize the Jump Gate so Andromeda can fit through. I tried with FL Model Resizer and it resized everything except the part you jumped through. Any ideas?

Im all for making this more look like a Freelancer site. The only things that I could tell from that this is mainly a Freelancer site, is the pretty hidden Eagle wireframe in the logo.

For a start, we could use light and dark FL icon symbols for the new posts icons. Just an idea.

I never noticed the Eagle wirefram before. As for icons i say the same as wOdk4. Use the Freelancer Desktop icon for the post icons. Maybe find away to use the house flags for something. Or the house battleships.

I put mine in the javescript section of my Board Wrapper. So it appears at the very top of my site. Ive seen it on some were its have way down. You would probally have to ask w0dk4 seeing as this was made by him.

Its good to see. And with the Freelancer Community Network bar. Anybody who visits a site in the bar, will see it. Then start looking through the websites. Helps everybody. Its good to see Freelancer comeing back.

Since this is a community site and we are here to offer a service to that same community, it would be logical for the community itself to decide what should happen.

Yes, SWAT has a bias. So do I. So does everyone. What we need to decide is which bias to go for. And that’s not dependent solely on the Staff. It’s a community wide decision (for a community network, right?) and so it should be decided by the community. Hence this poll.

I don’t think we could find a definite conclusion on the matter without, as was said already, everyone included in the issues talking their hearts out without trying to lie, fake or cover things up. This, however, must be put in perspective: everyone isn’t AzzA, Mental, Knife and SWAT. Everyone means every single person who was part of the crisis, the issue. That means most of the major server admins, the Starport Staff altogether, many from SWAT Portal, etc. At this point, I think the damage, while not irreversible, is deeply rooted. It would be extremely complex (both psychologically and on an organization standpoint) to arrange such a meeting and get things done.

What must be decided can be summarized into this: do we give TLR a second chance? They have betrayed, damaged, stole, destroyed, attacked. However, it’s hard to condemn them forever. People change, they evolve. Yes, I know little time has passed and I also know it is hard to know whether their intentions were genuine in the last few “mistakes” they made. This is all a matter of trust, faith and respect.

To conclude, I will point out that polls have the very important point that everyone’s say is equal. Mine is like SWAT’s or like the newbie who never posted. Don’t let the debates blind you or manipulate you. Choose what you believe is the best option in your own mind. The results we gather from this will then be applied, although revisiting the issue is not out of the question at a later date. Just know that this choice cannot be done by a sole person or even a handful; it needs to be seen as a community-wide issue. If you believe it to be important, remember to talk about it.

Alright then im against putting them in.

i would let the Starport chose. And as as of OPR8R and Azza. Chips is right. This is turning into a fight between Swat and TLR. Not the topic at hand.

OP is right. Ive seen the pictures.

Its the starports choice. If they add them back on. Fine. Im not going to ask for my site to be removed. Im not happy with the TLR. But its not going to stop me from being part of the Community.
