Launch control delay setting?

Can anyone tell me or help me to find the setting that controls how long it is before the player has control of the ship after it launches?
And the setting that does the same when the ship enters a system from a jumphole or jumpgate?

As stated, not sure of the solution as i personally deal with this issue via FLAC. HOOk does the same and i think SHELL had a protection feature as well. It’s basically a countdown timer that makes you invulnerable to attack for the time specified, think i have mine set to 10 seconds
