I’m not mind what code will be use in TSP, but do not change URL please. Or my favorite will be destroy again……If FF doesn’t code it in ASP then PHP will freak out and change the URL randomly every 4 days, because PHP is soooo unreliable.

Burn the heretic, kill the mutant, purge the unclean!
(In this case, Hazard fits all three descriptions )

Believe me, turning T SP’s code in ASP would just be the begin of HazardFN’s and my dominance - We have planed a thing which you really don’t want to know about. And we both better keep quite or FF is gonna kill us, LOL.
(For us it would be just the next level of awesomeness :x) -
Let me guess, swapping MySQL for OOXML files?

No, even worse.
Not on such a technical level ^^ -
I want to know what is it that makes it superior to PHP?
Couldn’t give an answer? Good, because there is no answer, PHP is better.
Also, ASP is a microsoft thing, and what has Microsoft done for this and several other communities? Made activity go, because they shut down the old TLR, and the global server.
I suggest you get rid of this guy now. -
For once, this guy is making sense! (refers to above post)
I absolutely hate ASP, too many errors and requires Windows. However, its great to have the Starport back, but I personally think the layout could use a little tweaking (with regards to the forums integration). But hey, its great that you’re back up and working, so no complaints (only suggestions) from me

They made Windows which (I assume) you are using to view and interact with this community :P, and of course it is the OS you also play Freelancer natively on…
And FriendlyFire could never get rid if me, I am his forever XD

Actually, they screwed FL over. Roberts had FAR grander plans for the game, but MS shoved it to release in an unfinished state.
Had they had more time, imagine what we could’ve had… A much larger storyline, a true tutorial, dynamic economy, bump mapping, specular mapping, shadows maybe? More support from the devs afterwards? Instead, DA was dismantled soon after.
As for Windows, the only reason people are sticking to it is because most games only run on DirectX. If the Khronos Group could get their head out of their asses, maybe they could make a COMPETITIVE alternative out of OpenGL…
