Interface Editing Info

I was just wondering (searched here) there isn’t a great degree of information concerning editing the interface, this is something I would like to do …
Are there any tutorials anywhere that deal with this? Just want to get myself up to speed on current available knowledge before I experiment myself.

Are you talking about colors and themes or about new buttons and new options? The last thing seems to be very tricky, but procyon managed to edit it somehow (for instance, the clan channel….?)

Sorry for not being more specific.
Information I’m looking for is to adjust the horizontal position of some of the elements, changing the colours and/or textures of the HUD as well as the positioning horizontally (to fix the widescreen option a little better).
Basically everything I can get …
Procyon feel like sharing? lol.
