1280x1024 doesn't work with jflp 1.1

Just wondering if their was a way 1280x1024 can work with the jflp 1.1 patch. The patch mentions something about widescreen support and i think its doing something with the 1280x1024 resolution. any help with this would be great (the way freelancer renders 1280x1024 in standard form is fine and doesn’t need changes in my opinion)

You do realise you need to physically go into game and reload your character for the new resolution to take effect? I’ve tried this in a number of resolutions without problems myself. I run mine in 1680x1050.

JFLP will use whatever ratio your resolution is. Since 1280x1024 is a 5:4 ratio, it will dutifully create a “narrowscreen”. If you want to restore the original 4:3 view, open up DATA\cameras.ini and remove the appropriate semicolons.
