Nano-bots and Shield Battery's

I don’t know how many people know of this but I’ve just found out that you can adjust the effect of Nano-bots and Shield Battery’s so you can make better Nano-bots for Battleships by changing the hit_pts in the [RepairKit] or [ShieldBattery] in misc_equip.ini
so i’ve got:hit_pts = 3000
for my shield battery and they have a bigger effect.
Hope someone finds that useful i know i will.

well, that would be useful actually for some kinda star trek mod, where you have nearly only large ships (please, don’t you hit me, i know there are no repair kits at star trek, but you can rename it to… “engineer group” or such ;)). i have added to my mod advanced b/b’s and result was, that you can buy only one of them at a time and they are count as mountable equipment. you can buy multiple but they all get mounted on one fictional hardpoint one after another though you can sell them all together. it seems, that freelancer does not that simple support different levels of repair kits. does anyone know a fix for that or a workaround or a hack?
