Also make sure your npcs have a tractor beam.

Yes the option was already there but DA programmed it to be case-sensitive and chose upper case letters, then put it in lower-case!
Duhhh… so it must be LT_ALL and not lt_all.
This happens a lot in the original files, options look correct but don’t work - they must all be changed to capital letters to work. Hard to find until you know.
If I remember correctly the same applies to the pilot gun missile & torpedo options - I put all of mine into capitals anyway.

yeah they are all caps so they work sometimes . i am making a vanilla freelancer mod around jfilp and alot of stuff is done all ready my qusetion is what is fc_f_grp and fc_ouk_grp i found these in the ini files. would like to bring some of factions out in the game also. the theme of this mod takes place after the order mod and orillion is killed by the nomads he ship tractored into a black hole that just closes. now that means the order has disbaned and the members eighther join the navy or other factions and those outlaw factions that are not being used which i hope to bring out.

fc_uk_grp is the DSE pilot from the ashcroft mission, the one you scan for artifacts that turns out not to be ashcroft.

lastname = 227008, 227307I pulled those from the Liberty Navy but you can use any that you like, or make your own like i did with my Coalition faction for my other mod so they all have authentic russian names
