How to make a Freelancer Server?

Hi all i have done my mod The Nomads War and i want to know how i can make a server for this mod and what is the req for making a server and i want Last Version Of Freelancer hook here if someone tell how i can make a server i will invite him to Nomads War Server and he will get 200mils lol iam waiting your answer and must be good answer without any insult or something like this ok ? ok
