Guys, i have no any idea about this. Server cannot start even give admin’s right and running in Service Mode.
dpnsvr.exe still down when start up few mins.
That’s very strange because in LAN, any one can access. But in WAN cross the Netgear Router, No one can logon when dpnsvr.exe down.
So, why it down, and how to keep it Up?

In 2003 x86 on different terminal sessions fl servers are working fine
Wait. flserver.exe as service? under Admin account?
Why not under control of any fl server manager? That’s strange, On my other computer, i run FLServer in Users account too and without any problem, why i cannot do the same on my server?
Your server is 2003 x86 similar to your other computer?

Ahhhh….
FLServer with CheatersDeath running on a Windows Server 2003 system in Service Mode by srvany.exe in vmware on my personal Ubuntu server. But it not about this bug.
I cannot run FLServer normally even directly. VMware is configed correctly, use bridge connection not NAT.
I’m faraway from my server and i can’t reinstall the Windows Server 2003 system remotely. So the bug still jumping there and i have no idea to fix it.

Ok, we will see
And then we must check router -
Cool Vbox, i will try that LOL.
Router’s UPNP is On.
Humm… About the suspect of router… Hey, that’s very coincident, This problem happened when i replace my TP-Link router with the Netgear router. Maybe because UPnP setting is wrong?
There is 2 option, Advertisement Period and Advertisement TTL. set to default value, 30 and 4. I don’t know is it correct for FLSrv.

Model of NetGear?

UPnP not enough, do port forwarding:
To configure port forwarding to a local server:
1. Select Port Forwarding/Port Triggering under Advanced in the main menu.
2. Click Add Service. The Ports–Custom Services screen displays.
3. In the Service Name field, enter FLSrvPort2
4. In the Service Type field, select the protocol UDP.
5. In the Starting Port field and Ending port Field, enter 2302 port number.
6. In the Server IP Address field, enter the IP address of your local computer that will provide
this service.7. Click Apply. The service appears in the list in the Port Forwarding/Port Triggering screen.
Repeat procedure for the:
- Service Name FLSrvPort3, Starting Port field and Ending port Field 2303
- Service Name FLSrvPort4, Starting Port field and Ending port Field 2304
