Dealer voices

I’m not sure if this is possible, but here goes. The bartender is the only dealer that you can talk to. None of the others speak even though they have voices assigned to them in mbases.ini. Is there a way to activate these voices?

Unless that NPC has a rumor to tell, I don’t think so…

I mean actual voice clips, not rumor text boxes. The bartender speaks, why not the rest?

Looks like they were going to speak, but it either got cut out or didn’t make it. Have a listen to GCS_ML_D04* (you might want the XML Project to extract them).

the bartender is technically not a dealer. when you rollover him, there is no bear sign above or such. he always has rumor or contract symbols or stuff like that while any dealer only opens a dealer popup.
