Skype versus IRC

not needed, i guess… if we initiate some instant messenging system or audio conversation system, the information we exchange will be saved much less and not that stabile as it is on a database like the website and its archive.

Skype message history in groups is archived on each client, so any new client may see it.

I added the IRC Chat Info on the navigation on the left, including a link to a webchat interface

How can you say Skype vs IRC when these 2 things aren’t even comparable except for the fact you can type and send messages in both of them?
