Looking for a utility

There’s a utility mentioned **here**and here that I’d really like to get my hands on. All the download links have 404’d and the Starport version is missing altogether.

I was just wondering if anyone had a copy of “Bar Maker v. 1.03 by Buckaroo Banzai” kicking around that they could re-upload. It’d be much appreciated, and would help me out to no end.
