List server down?

FLServer shows the following messages:
Connecting to list server…
Established connection to list server…
Sending game information to list server…
Lost connection to list server… (a couple minutes later)Our server is crashing every 6-8 minutes and I’m wondering if it’s a result of a list server issue. This started today around 0900 (GMT-6) with no changes to our server or hardware. (Server ran fine for the last 24 hours, now crashes every 6-8 mins)
An FLAC debug log shows that a connection could not be made because “the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:1129” Also shows same error referencing the same IP with a port change to 1130.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A few years back somebody was killing our server every few minutes by sending it a bad packet request or something. Adoxa figured it out and stopped it. This almost seems like that.
