House battleship encounters

So I’m terrible at modding in general I tried to make one myself but it ended up crashing the server, so basically I want to be able to have appropriate battleship encounters in:

Liberty:
(Li01) New York
(Li03) Colorado
(Li02) California
(Li04) Texas

Rheinland:
(Ri04) Frankfurt
(Ri01) New Berlin

Britonia:
(Br04) Leeds
(Br01) New London
(Br03) Cambridge

Kasari
(Ku01) New Tokyo
(Ku04) Honshu
(Ku03) Kyushu

and maybe some Order fighter wings in the Omicron systems. Any tips or tutorials on how to make this or a pre-made mod would mean a lot to me
