"name" file in Multiplayer folder

Is anyone out there with detailed information on the “name” file that is in most safegame folders in MP mode? I tried to make a large edit program that basically does the job it is supposed to, but some features screw up

We use FLAC

bank balance works, but not withdraw and deposit

ship rank, location and ship type show up as “NEW SHIP” on the forum

Impossible to intecept but beam works

Addcash works also

So help me please
