Problems after reinstalling on new system. Help?

I’ve recently reinstalled fl on my laptop so I can start playing again. Really excited to start playing again, but when I boot it up, its only on half the screen. I’m not any good with IT stuff, so I’m a bit stuck. Is it cause I’m running it on windows 8.1?

JFLP.DLL add this dll to dacom.ini library list
and copy the dll to the EXE dir.
It should solve screen size maybe. -
