Installing an ENB in Freelancer

Perhaps I am not being observant enough but, I have not seen any documentation or tutorial to add an ENB or its features despite trying.
I’ve seen various mods add ENBs and similar post-processing graphical effects like SweetFX, Bloom and the like, and I am wondering if how one could do this. If I could add things like SweetFX or a ENB, it would be very good.
Could someone tell me how or point me in the right direction?

You take the DLLs… aaand you drop them in the EXE folder. Congrats.

Or for a more detailed way of doing it, especially with Sweet FX, the launcher does it all for you, it’s then up to you how the features behave within Sweet FX, everything you need to know is included in the readme. ENB is ok, but limited, plus it screws up some of the lighting on some of the planet screens

Maybe I should have been more specific. What I meant was, given how FL acts, are there any presets or configurations designed specifically for FL or ones that go with FL particularly well.

Presets highly depend on your hardware.
Ive create a bunch of presets for my mod but people have to try which one works best and which one looks best.Some presets have even caused crashes for some users while for other users everything runs perfectly fine.
