Uploading Files

Hey, im not sure if this is the right place to put this since im new here, but i didnt really see anywhere else to put it so um, i tried to uplaod my Mod, The Common Wealth mod, and it wouldnt let me. It went to an error and was writin in another lanuage. Anyhelp please?

if you can tell us what the error was we will of course look into it.
Also if you can tell us the size of the mod.

It came up to a white page, and all the text on the page was in french i believe. Compressed as a .rar file its 23.1MB. You can find it on Moddb here, http://www.moddb.com/mods/10188/the-common-wealth-mod/downloads/9903/the-common-wealth-mod-2001b-demo-version Thanks for the help.
O yea, on the error page, it had a link to the old Lancers Reactor that lead me to some advertising site.
