Maybe I should post the 200+ screenshots from SSM. (just kidding). I was wondering as well where they came from,

OK, This is one of those 3:40am I can’t sleep type of thoughts so feel free to ignore me…
Maybe try the Old Carrot on a Stick Method,
Put a rating tool on the Images, Then set rating system to exclude images without a description, or any in a directory you make for images without a description. Then add message to Image post screen that if they don’t put full description, Image will not qualify for ratings.Told ya it was in the twilight… ::)

They have to add Picture Description to qualify for ratings, like I said M8, Very early morning idea. But if you did want to explore that direction maybe this will help, this time I dug a little bit on the Joomla! Extentions as an apology
